Very Good in publisher's original red cloth. The spine is gilt-stamped. 458pps., plus three black and white plates. No dustjacket. Mild rubbing and bumping to the tips and the spine-ends. Touches of flecking to the gilt, though still quite readable. Both hinges are tender, though the binding is still sound and square. The pages are in excellent condition: clean and bright. Overall, a nice copy of a scarce and interesting title.
