Marbled endpapers and a sewn-in silk ribbon bookmark. 272pps. A flawless, collector's-quality copy: clean, tight, square, and bright. All tips are sharp. Yet to be read. Recently removed from its shrinkwrap, there is not so much as a rub to the edge-gilt. SIGNED by the author exclusively for members of The Signed First Edition Society. Includes an introduction by the author that is not in the trade issue. The frontispiece, specially commissioned by The Franklin Library for this edition, is by John Davies.
