Eliot, T. S. The Cocktail Party New York Harcourt, Brace and Company 1950 First Edition Cloth Near Fine in a Near Fine dustjacket. Second printing (b.3.50). Fully-bound in black cloth. The spine is stamped in gilt. Octavo. 190pp. There is mild bumping to the spine-ends and a slight bit of tanning to the endpapers. Otherwise clean, tight, square, and bright. All tips are sharp. The text is immaculate; no apparent reading wear and no previous ownership markings. Other than its corners being neatly clipped (although the original price is still intact), the dustjacket -- glossy in a new mylar sleeve -- is fine: no chips, soiling, spine-fading, or tears. An excellent copy of this title.
